Super Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup oats (Bob's Red Mill Protein Oats for more protein)
  • 4 scoops BetterProtein
  • 1/3 cup almond butter (or regular peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Lily's sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp salt flakes (for the batter) (plus more to sprinkle on top)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in mixer
  • Use a cookie scoops to portion the dough onto a cookie sheet, and flatten them by hand.
  • Bake 350 for 7 minutes
  • Pull out of oven, and sprinkle with sea salt while still hot.

Notes

This batch makes 8 cookies and has approximately 14.4 grams of protein, if you use the same ingredients as me.
