Super Protein Cookies
Ingredients

eggs

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
baking soda

oats
(Bob's Red Mill Protein Oats for more protein)
4
scoops
BetterProtein
1/3
cup
almond butter
(or regular peanut butter)
1/2
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
(I use Lily's sugar-free)

tsp
salt flakes (for the batter)
(plus more to sprinkle on top)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in mixer
Use a cookie scoops to portion the dough onto a cookie sheet, and flatten them by hand.
Bake 350 for 7 minutes
Pull out of oven, and sprinkle with sea salt while still hot.
Notes
This batch makes 8 cookies and has approximately 14.4 grams of protein, if you use the same ingredients as me.
