Preheat your oven to 375 F
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and both sugars together.
Add vanilla, and each egg one at a time.
Slowly add the flour mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips, and 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
Line a 13x18 cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil.
On the lined sheet, line the bottom with graham crackers until the entire sheet is covered
Scoop the cookie dough on top of the graham crackers and spread evenly. This step doesn't have to be perfect because the cookie dough spreads as it bakes!
Bake for 5 minutes.
Take out of the oven, and press the Hersheys bar pieces, mini marshmallows and the rest of the graham crackers sporadically on top.
Bake an additional 8 minutes.
Let the bars cool, cut them and enjoy!
