10 Spring Desserts You’ll Want To make all season long

There’s something about spring that makes you want to bake again.

Maybe it’s the longer days. Maybe it’s the flowers starting to show up. Or maybe it’s just the shift from heavy, cozy winter desserts to something a little lighter, brighter, and more fun.

This is the time of year I start reaching for lemons, strawberries, and anything that feels fresh and simple. The kind of recipes you can make for a weekend at home, a spring brunch, Easter, or just because you feel like baking something pretty.

I pulled together some of my favorite spring dessert recipes. These are the ones I actually make, the ones that feel doable, and the ones people always ask for again.
