I can’t stop making these Strawberry Smoothie Bowls! Ever since I purchased my Ninja Blender, I’ve been experimenting with different smoothie concoctions, and this one is a win!
Smoothie Bowls feel more like a meal, with added toppings like fruit and nuts. To make your favorite smoothie into a bowl, less liquid (almond milk for me) and top with your desired fruits, nuts and treats. The options are endless.
To make my bowl extra healthy, I add a scoop of BetterCollagen. to promote hair, skin and nail health. Collagen can increase muscle and bone retention, assists with hormonal balance, liver function, thyroid health, and can offset the stress hormone Cortisol. BetterCollagen has a Whey Protein Isolate, free of lactose, making it easy on the stomach and non-bloating. I love both the Vanilla and Coconut flavors they offer.
