Because April flowers bring May flowers, we decided our May menu at Jenny Cookies Bake Shop should be all things floral!
Our flower cookies have always been a hit with our clients so we were happy to give some of our signature flower cookies an update. With a fresh color palette and a few new flower creations, we introduce our new menu, Flower Market!
This month we created a palette made up of blush and dusty pinks, navy blue, white and a pop of mint.
In addition to our flowers, we will offer two new cupcake flavors this month, Honey Lavender and Strawberry.
Honey Lavender was a hit last summer during our Farmers Market menu. It’s made up of a scratch lavender cake topped with honey cream cheese icing. I was a little skeptical at first and it ended up being my favorite cupcake last year!
Our newest cupcake creation is Strawberry! We created a scratch strawberry cake and topped it with a fresh strawberry buttercream. It’s delicious!
Even though our vanilla bean cupcakes aren’t a new flavor, we still gave them a flower makeover for our Flower Market menu. This month they’re topped with the most gorgeous blush pink buttercream blooms.
Our classic chocolate cupcake is covered in blue hydrangea petals.
We added a little floral touch to our Pie Cookies and PB Cracker Cookies and coordinated the menu colors into our Cake Pops.
The most swoon worthy of all though are some of our new cakes this month.
Our popular Flower Crown cake got a spring makeover and is now available in a 6″ AND and 8″ size!
This Spring Garden Cake is pure buttercream bliss.
We played with new decorating techniques to create this Painted Floral Cake. Isn’t it amazing?!
