- 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
Honey Butter:
- 1 stick softened salted butter
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
Preheat your oven according to the package directions.
