PB Bliss Chocolate Protein Cookies
These are soft, chewy, peanut-buttery, lightly sweet, and packed with clean ingredients and protein, the kind of cookie you can enjoy without the sugar crash or guilt.

- 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 scoops BetterDays Chocolate Protein (40g protein total)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Maldon salt plus more for sprinkling
- 1/2 cup chopped 70% dark chocolate
- 3 Tbsp vanilla almond milk
Pre heat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
Stir in protein powder, almond flour, oats, tapioca flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Add almond milk and mix until a thick, scoopable dough forms.
Fold in chopped dark chocolate.
Scoop dough using a small cookie scoop (you should get about 12 cookies).
For flatter cookies, gently press each dough ball down before baking.
Sprinkle lightly with Maldon salt.
Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
Cool completely to set and get that perfect chewy texture.
