My Homemade Skin Smoothie (Erewhon-Inspired)

Ingredients

Smoothie Base:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp hyaluronic acid (the kind made for smoothies)
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 Tbsp sea moss gel
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1 scoop BetterDays vanilla protein

Strawberry Glaze (optional but worth it)

  • A few fresh strawberries, blended into a purée
  • A spoonful of chilled coconut cream (for that signature swirl)

Instructions

  • Blend all smoothie ingredients until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Blend fresh strawberries separately to make a purée. Swirl the purée and coconut cream inside your glass.
  • Pour in the smoothie and top with a little extra cream or purée if you’re feeling fancy.
