Marshmallow Graham Cracker Buttercream
This is the perfect frosting for your S'mores desserts because it's flavored with actual marshmallow, but is still stable enough to pipe.

softened

shortening

powdered sugar

marshmallow fluff

tsp
vanilla extract

almond extract

heavy cream

finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
pinch of salt
Instructions
Beat the butter and shortening together for 3-4 minutes on your mixer with the paddle attachment.
Add the marshmallow fluff and mix until fully incorporated.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
Add vanilla, almond extract and salt.
Mix until smooth.
Add heavy cream as needed until frosting reaches a fluffy, spreadable consistency.
Fold in the graham cracker crumbs. Mix for another minute until everything is incorporated.
Notes
For extra marshmallow flavor, add 1/2 tsp marshmallow extract.
