Brain Break Bars
If your kids are in school, the Brain Break Board is also fun to put together for an after school study snack.

Servings: 12 bars
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups quick rolled oats
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp magical chocolate chips
- sprinkles (optional)
Combine oats and cereal in large bowl. Set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, honey and brown sugar until bubbling. Turn heat to med-low and cook two minutes.
Turn off heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour dry ingredient mixture into butter and sugar mixture. Stir to combine.
Once combined, pour batter into a lightly greased small brownie sized pan or pan lined with parchment. Spread and pat mixture down with a silicone spatula until flat. Allow one hour to cool, or pop into fridge to set up about 30 minutes.
Once bars have set up, cut into strips or squares.
