In a large bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Stir, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add the flour and salt. Mix with a spatula until it comes together.
Remove the dough, lightly oil the bowl with olive oil, then place the dough back in. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
After an hour, flour your countertop and shape the dough into a ball.
Line a Dutch oven with parchment paper, place the dough inside, and score the top with a knife.
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cover the Dutch oven with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 12 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
