Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Olive oil for greasing the bowl

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Stir, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Add the flour and salt. Mix with a spatula until it comes together.
  • Remove the dough, lightly oil the bowl with olive oil, then place the dough back in. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
