Farmers Market Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

arugula

butter lettuce

spinach

corn cut from the cob

raspberries

avocado

mandarin oranges

blueberries

crumbled goat cheese

cherry tomatoes

green onions, diced

candied pecans

Directions:

Wash, slice, dice and mix up your favorite farmer’s market fruits, veggies and lettuce!  Choose your own adventure, just toss in what you love.

Tip: When serving for a group, offer dressings on the side.  Tossing the full salad in dressing will result in soggy salad.  Plus it gives guests an option to select their preferred dressing.
