  2. Hi! I don’t have a kitchen aid mixer so I don’t have a paddle attachment. I have a whisk attachment and those regular metal ones too. Which one should I use for the icing recipe?

  3. I’d like to make these for my son’s birthday. Would you recommend having these ready using cream cheese icing in the fridge the day before or using the buttercream icing and keeping them on the counter?
