How To Make the Perfect Red Velvet Cupcake
You guys are going to LOVE these Red Velvet Cupcakes with my Cream Cheese Icing.
Sounds fattening? They are. But you only live once. And I never want to look back and think “I could have eaten that”.
One of my MUST HAVE baking tools is this Cookie Scoop that ensures all my cupcakes bake the same size. It’s great for cookies, muffins and even pancakes!
This Wilton Cupcake Decorating Kit is my favorite to create the most perfect cupcake swirls in seconds. I’m all about fast, quick and simple so I save time with Disposable Plastic Icing Bags rather than the kind you have to wash out.

Love these! Watched this today and can’t wait to make these for my family this weekend! This is a good reason to use up that extra box of jello pudding sitting around. 🙂 Happy Anniversary!
Yes!!
What scoop did u use for the red velvet cupcakes?
Hi Victotia, The link for the red velvet scoop is listed above 🙂
Hi! I don’t have a kitchen aid mixer so I don’t have a paddle attachment. I have a whisk attachment and those regular metal ones too. Which one should I use for the icing recipe?
I’d probably use the regular metal pieces! Either should work though! 🙂
I’d like to make these for my son’s birthday. Would you recommend having these ready using cream cheese icing in the fridge the day before or using the buttercream icing and keeping them on the counter?
