Fill disposable pastry bag with buttercream icing.  Snip tip of bag and draw circle on outer edge of round cookie.  Make dot of icing in center of cookie.

Turn cookie upside down into bowl or plate of rainbow nonpareil sprinkles.  Turn right side up.  Dot bottom of one gumdrop candy with icing.  Place in center circle of cookie.

Say "ole!" and eat your adorable cookies.
