Rocky Road No-Bake Bars
These are great go-to summer bars, no-oven required and simple enough for small children to make! The combination of chocolate, marshmallows, and nuts combined with the crunchiness of rice cereal makes this treat rich and delicious. I use Karo® Corn Syrup to bind the ingredients together which also adds the perfect amount of sweetness and provide a delicious, chewy texture.

- 1/4 cup Karo® Corn Syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups rice crispy cereal
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Combine Karo® Corn Syrup, butter and chocolate
Add to saucepan over low heat, until melted and smooth. You can also microwave these ingredients in a microwave safe bowl in 45 second increments until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in walnuts, marshmallows and cereal until combined.

Press into greased 8x8 square pan.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set.
Cut into bars and store at room temperature.
