Place washed cranberries in a bowl. Add a small amount of Karo syrup, enough to make them sticky. Pour sugar over the top and mix until each cranberry is sugar coated. Set aside.
Fill each fluted glass 2/3 full with Cranberry flavored Dry Soda.
Top each glass off with Prosecco.
Garnish with Rosemary and a few sugared cranberries.
