These dipped rice krispie treats are a fun treat and are so easy to make! Your kids will love helping you make these sweet treats.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt marshmallows and butter in 30 second increments until melted.
Once the cake is scraped, fill a decorating bag with icing and pipe a dam around the outer edge of the top of the cake. Add sprinkles inside the middle and top with the second cake using your cookie lifter.
Add a drop of pink food coloring to marshmallow mixture. Mix in rice cereal until all cereal has been coated with the mixture.
Using a wet spatula, press mixture into a 9x13 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Allow to harden/cool completely, about 1 hour. Once cooled, cut into 16 rectangle shapes.
Melt candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth, stirring as needed.
Dip lollipop stick into melted candy. Place a dipped stick into side of each treat.
Dip 2/3 of the krispie treat into melted candy. Allow excess to drip off then spoon sprinkles over melted candy. Place on wax paper to dry. Enjoy!
