Homemade Starbucks Spinach & Feta Egg White Wraps
If you’re obsessed with the Starbucks spinach feta wraps like I am, you’re going to love this easy at-home version. These wraps are packed with protein, perfect for meal prep, and way more affordable than swinging through the drive-thru every morning.

Homemade Starbucks Spinach & Feta Egg White Wraps

- 2 cups egg whites (or enough to cover your pan)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4-5 Lavash wraps
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (per wrap)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375F and line a baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray or oil it to prevent sticking
- Pour the egg whites evenly into the pan, then sprinkle the chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and crumbled feta.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.
- Let cool slightly, then cut into 4-5 rectangles to fit your wraps.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each Lavish wrap, then top with a slice of the egg mixture.
- Heat a small drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side-down and toast for about 1 minute per side, until the outside is golden and crisp.
- Enjoy warm or wrap them up for the week!
Notes
I used Trader Joe’s Lavish wraps and sun-dried tomatoes.
These keep well in the fridge and reheat beautifully in the toaster oven.
Want extra flavor? Add a sprinkle of garlic powder or crushed red pepper before baking.
