Ice Cream Social

This month is our Ice Cream Social at Jenny Cookies Bake Shop which means everything is Ice Cream themed!!

From ice cream cone shaped sugar cookies to ice cream flavored cupcakes, everything is dressed up to fit our ice cream theme.

We’re introducing two new cupcake flavors this month, Strawberry Shortcake and Rocky Road. They are both to. die. for.

In addition to our newbies, we have our classics like cookie dough, cookies and cream and mint chip.

One of our most popular cakes last summer was this Ice Cream Cone Drip Cake that we brought back this year. We had so many requests for it that we decided to teach a cake workshop to show YOU how to do it! (Snag a ticket HERE)

Our Sherbet Cake is also a fun summer treat.

We have a coordinating MAX cake for this menu as well; the Ice Cream MAX topped with almost everything on our menu!

Our PB Cracker Cookies are topped with pink popsicles and a triple scooped ice cream cone.

Rice Krispy Treats are disguised as ice cream bars.

Our Pie Cookies have all the fun with these ice cream puns. They just keep getting better!

Maybe my favorite of all the treats are these ice cream cone cake pops. I made these several years ago and featured them in my book Eat More Dessert. Keep an eye out for a how-to recipe coming soon!
